Cooking Method :

1.Clean the fish ,apply some oil and steam in high heat for 5 minutes ,discard steamed fish soup .

2.Add in all cooking ingredients ,XO Steam Fish Paste into 3 tablespoons of water ,mix well and spread on fish ,steam for 7 minutes and serve .

This sauce suitable for fried seafood ,vegetables ,eggs ,meat ,fried rice and etc .
