Damaged item during shipment
The customer is responsible to check that they receive the correct products in good condition upon delivery. If the product is found damage upon receiving, customer should immediately inform our support team at firstname.lastname@example.org or +60126531696, with the order number / receipt and photos of the products.
In order to enjoy our products with peace of mind, please carefully check the products when receiving the goods. If the goods are delivered incorrectly, the package is damaged, the product is rotted, or the quantity is not correct, please tell the delivery personnel, and inform our support team immediately and we will handle it as soon as possible.
- No refund or return of goods delivered after signed off on delivery note.
- Full refund will be given for faults due to PallyDeli.
- All refunds will be processed within 7 business days.
