Cooking Method:
1.Cook 2000ml (8 cups )water until boiling. Add MasFood Spices For Cooking Ichiban Klang Meat Bone Tea Soup, garlic and meats/ribs/trotters.
2.Boil the water again.Then use low fire, cover the simmer for 2 hours. 1/3 of water are maintain and ribs/trotters cooked until soft (The meat is so tender, it seperates easily from the bone).
3.Add in thick soy sauce, soy sauce, oyster sauce and cook for 3 minutes. Remove the filter bag and serve hot.
