Shoulder Loin Steak 中咀猪扒

Shoulder butt sliced into steak size. Meat cut from the pig's upper shoulder. The meat is mixed with white tendons and little bit of fat. The meat has wonderful texture and flavors, rich in oil, won’t overcook.

中咀切厚片成猪扒大小。也被称为称梅花肉，中嘴，肩胛肉，胛心肉。肉质中间掺杂白色筋条和少许脂肪。口感相当好的肉，肉质鲜美，油花丰富，常煮不老。
