Spare rib is a cut of front part of the pork rib cage. There is a covering of meat on top of the bones and also between them. The bone is usually relatively more flat but wider than the baby back ribs
排骨是从腹部和胸骨下部切下的猪肋骨。猪排骨味道鲜美，也不会太过油腻。
