Figo Hand-grasp Pancake - Onion 葱香手抓饼
Wheat flour, spring onion, palm oil, emulsifier, sugar, salt, baking powder.
1. Remove the plastic layers from a pancake without defrosting and preheat a non-stick frying pan over medium heat.
2. Place a piece of hand-grasp pancake in the preheated frying pan (no oil is needed). Pan-fry the pancake for approximately 3 minutes on each side until both side are golden brown while flipping it occasionally to allow it to crisp up.
3. Use a pair of spatula / tongs / chopsticks to squeeze and pinch the pancake a couple times to loosen the layers.
4. Rermove it from the pan and the hand-grasp pancake is now ready to served after scrunching up. (Serves hot).
May serve with egg, ham or varioius veggies.
