Cook:
1. Rinse the herbs with water.
2. Coat the outside and inside of the chicken with salt.
3. After put the herbs into the chicken belly.
4. Wrap the whole chicken with tin foil.
5. Lastly, steam over medium heat for about 2 hours - 2 hours 30 minutes.
