Hong Kong Style Steam Fish (cooking method) :

1.After steaming 700g of fish in 10 minutes ,take the fish and plate out of the steamer .Then pour off the water at the bottom of the plate .Set aside .

2.Heat the MasFood HK Steam Paste and drizzle it over the fish .

3.Stir-fry a little ginger with cooking oil until golden brown color .Then ,pour it over the fish .You can enjoy it immediately .

Hong Kong Style Scallion Tofu (cooking method ):

1.Prepare 2 piece of tofu ,6 tablespoon of fried shallot ,2 tablespoon of shallot oil ,chopped scallion and 6 tablespoons of shrimp .

2.Stir-fly the shrimp until it is crispy and drain it .Put the tofu into the steamer and steam for 5 minutes ,then remove the tofu and drain the water .Heat the MasFood HK Steam Paste .

3.Drizzle shallot oil and MasFood HK Steam Paste over the tofu .Then ,sprinkle chopped scallion ,fried shallot and crispy shrimp on top of the tofu .Enjoy it when hot .

Hong Kong Style Shredded Cabbage Noodles (cooking method ) :

1.Prepare 500g of yellow noodles ,300g of shredded cabbage and 30g of sliced onion .

2.Stir-fry sliced onion with a little cooking oil in a pan for 1 minutes .Pour shredded cabbage into the pan and stir-fry about 3 minutes .Then ,add MasFood HK Steam Paste into the pan and stir-fry until the mixed juice is boiled .

3.Finally ,pour the noodles into the pan ,stir fry until the mixed juice basically absorbed by the noodles .Mix throughly ,ready to serve .
